Workshops

The ASC hosts a variety of workshops throughout the year, catering for all different levels and calligraphic tastes. Unless otherwise advertised, all workshops are held at Primrose Park Art and Craft Centre, Matora Lane (off Young Street) Cremorne.
Workshops are held primarily on weekends, however with visiting interstate or international tutors they may be held during the week and weekends. Our workshop programme is designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. |

Workshop bookings policy
To book a place in any workshop, use the workshop booking form below or email the workshop coordinator [email protected] to register your interest and check that there is a space available. The workshop coordinator will email you to confirm your place on the workshop and after this you have seven days to transfer payment by EFT. Australian Society of Calligraphers BSB: 062 246 Account: 00 903 540 Please send an email to [email protected] to advise payment has been made and include your name and workshop title for reference. Bookings are made on a first-come-first-served basis and places are only secured upon receipt of payment within seven days. Once payment is received you will be advised that your place is secure. |
The number of places available for any given workshop is limited either by space restrictions at Primrose Park or by tutor preference. If the workshop is full you can choose to have your name placed on a waiting list. If a space becomes available, you will be notified. Payments made for any workshop are considered non-refundable unless a replacement participant is found up to two days prior to a workshop. A materials list will be sent to participants in due course. Suggestions for workshops are always welcome. Please email our workshop coordinator if you have an idea for a particular workshop subject or tutor. |
