Workshop description

This fun and intensive workshop will introduce you to the delights of modern calligraphy, a more relaxed calligraphic approach than that of formal pointed pen styles.

Beginners will learn all the tips and tricks of how to use a pointed nib with ink, while those with some experience will delight in creating a more individual casual style. A modern script will be explored, along with variations from which you can further develop your own style. Several small projects will be completed on the day.

​A beginners kit will be available on request for $25 (contains Zebra G pointed nib, straight nib holder, black ink). Please order from Julie Williams at least one week before workshop via [email protected].
