I developed Impetuous Italics over thirty years ago to facilitate a quicker and more expressive way of writing calligraphy. This approach allows for improvisation and adaptation of the usual calligraphic strokes found in the Italic script.
This script is based on the Italic hand but with a modern twist! While it requires a lot of pen manipulations, it is not as daunting as it seems.
The specific skills and techniques that will be taught in the course include:
